We use candidate information to match you to suitable roles, to contact you about opportunities, and to put you forward to clients. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interests in providing recruitment services. Where you submit your details through our website, we also rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We use client information to provide and promote our recruitment services and to manage our work together. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests and, where we have an agreement in place, performance of our contract with you.

Prospective employers (our clients): we share candidate details with clients who have suitable roles. We send an anonymised CV first, and only share your full details and identity with your permission.

Service providers: trusted suppliers who help us run our business — such as our recruitment database (CRM), email and website hosting providers — under contracts that require them to keep your data secure.

We do not sell your personal data. Some of our suppliers may store data outside the UK; where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

We keep candidate information for up to [24 months] from our last meaningful contact with you, unless you ask us to remove it sooner or we need to keep it longer to meet a legal obligation. We keep client information for as long as we have a working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards. After these periods we delete it securely.
